The representative at Cyclopure were very helpful and explained several facts about PFAS that I did not know. The water collection was extremely easy and the results were posted promptly. I love this company! I purchased the Purest filter for my Brita Water Pitcher (and will continue to buy them) and I finally feel safe drinking the water.
