Hi Christine - Our Water Test Kit for PFAS, funded by NIEHS, has been validated by numerous labs across the country, including side-by-side testing with Massachusetts DEP and Michigan EGLE. These reports van be found on our website under "Resources." The kits are used by the US Government. If you would like to re-test with us, we are happy to arrange for another kit to be shipped out.

Hello John - We moved to larger lab space in December 2024. We announced the move for several months via email and on the website. My guess is you used the old return label that came with your purchase almost two years ago. Plesae write to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to email you an updated prepaid return label. Hi! Your results were sent to your email address on 3/25/2026. Perhaps they ended up in your Spam folder. We require 10-14 BUSINESS days to complete analysis and publish reports. We received your kit back at the lab on 3/10/2026. We forwarded the results to you again from a different Cyclopure email address , but unfortunately the email was rejected again by the AOL server. We will send them out via US Postal Mail to your PO Box. Thanks for testing your water for PFAS with Cyclopure.
