We are facing challenges here on the NC coast. So grateful to have a filter to use for our tap. Thanks

The test came in a timely manner and it was easy to collect water and filter it. Test results back in 10 days. I wish the results were easier to understand though. The above limits should be stared or something. And yes, my water was above the limits for PFASs. Now I will need to find a water filter to take that out. Thanks.

Hi Doris, We're very happy to help you interpret your results. I will try to give you a phone call. Also, Cyclopure sells point-of-entry filters that remove PFAS for the entire home. You can learn more about them at www.cyclopure.com. Thanks for your review!
Everything was great. I had a couple issues but they were resolved very quickly and easily. Thank you so much glad I know my water is being filtered properly now

I contacted them last year in november with product questions regarding their filters and they said they were going to share internal testing results of contaminants. But they have not done so til this day. Months gone by with no replies when writing back. They also lied about having internal data to support removal of lead (and later removed the statement from the website) and kept ignoring my product questions. At this point I can't trust this company or recommend it because they can't provide answers or back up their filter claims with data. Like other water filter companies they mostly seem interested in marketing... Edit: note that the problem was not that you did not ship to Sweden... You still haven't answered my product questions or gotten back to me with the promised testing data: 11/21/2023 "And for the technical aspects of your last email. I have sent those questions out to our consumer engineering team and I will send you’re their responses once I receive them." 11/20/2023 "We do have data on some pharmaceutical and industrial chemicals that Purefast can remove via previous testing that I could share."

Marcus, you asked to purchase a Purefast filter for use in Sweden. We informed you that the Purefast filter cartridge does not fiit European Brita. On April 9, 2024, we advised that we couldn't ship a U.S. Brita pitcher to you: "Unfortunately, shipping pitchers outside of the U.S. to Europe is problematic. ... In the end this is not a practical activity for us." Cyclopure has been clear that we don't ship filter products to Europe. Our Purefast filter is NSF certified. We will notify you if we develop a European version of the Purefast filter in the future.
