Delivered test result as said. Great job

The ordering process was easy. Instructions were clear and the process of taking and sending the sample was easy. Results were delivered quickly and the report was easy to understand. I was able to definitively decide what to do next (install sink filter) thanks to this test.

Never received results

It was my first test like this. I am going to order another one (or two) since getting a whole home water filtration system. I'm not committed to this score.
