Didn't receive anything, no idea what I wasted money on. Tried the reachout and then cancel. Would say I got scammed and try to forget about it.

Perhaps the platform is not so intuitive. The days actually chosen for training are missing and instead the plan is just spread across the week also on days when I cannot train. Also, there are other platforms much easier to scroll, browse or whatever compared to the one made available herein. I am still to start the workout because the days chosen for workout by me are majorly j etc the weekend as I have other activities planned in the week so so cannot comment at this rage about the effectiveness but I can say that I only took a 3 months plan to test it out. The way it has started, I am not sure if I will be able to gain more out of it, but since the money is invested, I will definitely give it a shot !

Very poor program You gys advertise this as something much bigger, but after purchase i got a crappy manual, and that was it. Maybe i got it wrong, or maybe you guys don't have a good supporting material. but i'm very disappointed.

Did not include the information I thought I paid for. Without paying additional sums, the initial purchase is more or less worthless

Not sure why I am being asked for a review as I have already given an honest review and had a full refund. I would suggest some due diligence before sending out feedback requests.
