There is no app interface which makes it cumbersome to use the interface. I don't really see much value because the workouts are very generalized.

Took way tooo much time, and after a week im still not sure if its done....not a prompt technically service.

thought there was some sort of phone app or daily communication. If there is a way of accessing the information I would use it. So far, money wasted. Butch

I ordered and paid for the cycling diet but I never received it. I am sure it is wonderful but if I don’t receive it I can’t give it a good review. If someone would please contact me to make sure I receive it that would be wonderful.

Got my workouts, and plan in a very timely manner. Seemed simple and straight forward. Within days of starting the program I unfortunately was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had to completely change from the systems. Struggled to do rides without crashes, ect. Had I been able to continue following the system I'm sure I would have enjoyed it and the results and left a 5 star review.
