Don’t trust this company they will look for reasons not to send your product and never notify you about it while already receiving the money you paid for it. They will not provide a refund but they will claim your product as already in production so they don’t have to refund you while taking weeks to send it. Don’t trust them. I still have not received my product and it’s been 3 weeks now even though they said it would be done in between 7 and 10 days.

If I could give it less, I would. Their website says "fast delivery", I've waited now for over 17 days for the order. There is nothing "fast" in their delivery methods. They placate you with "it's in shipping and will be there soon". Maybe that's true, but I've already spoken with my credit card company to cancel the payment. Just terrible given every shipping option out there.

Do not believe shipping times. I am still waiting on my order and if I am to believe the estimated delivery date posted by the USPS, it will have taken 12 days to actually receive my order and I paid for expedited processing, which apparently does not cover shipping. It took 3 days to actually create the shipping label only to have it sit in a postal facility awaiting shipping. I've had overseas orders ship faster. Very disappointed since my order is a gift and I was not able to provide the gift as planned.

It’s been 21 days and i still haven’t received my items, very disappointed

Ordered a phonecase but never got the Email, so now i’m worried that i won’t get my phonecase and payed 50 bucks for nothing
