CustomchallengecoinsReviews of customchallengecoins.net

You guys have a solid system that's kept me informed (maybe too informed) and in the loop the whole way through.

The easy chat option anytime I have a question is awesome. I can talk directly and quickly to a person about the design/changes/order. Once coins arrive can say more but the proof looks great and was only one change, followed directions well.

Quick turn around. Very professional and great to work with. Fast responses and revisions. Will definitely order and work with them again.

My Company has been ordering our Yearly Veteran's Coins since 2023, so 2026 will be the fourth Year. We do a different desing and the communication is fantastic. Even with suggested changes in getting an acceptable draft is quick and accurate. I will encourage my Company to order again in 2027! Thank You Bradley A. I really liked being able to write a description of what I wanted and have your art team produce a fine design that checked all the boxes. And quickly. One revision finished the order and now I'm waiting for the finished product. The one thing that I didn't like was getting emails from both challengecoin.com and metalpro pushing for a "go ahead" on the order while I was working the money end of it through the boss. Half as many would have been plenty.

I have placed 5–7 orders with this company, and they have gotten it right every single time. The coins are excellent quality and are perfect for the needs of a Veteran Service Officer. The coins have always arrived on time, the quality is outstanding, and the customer service is amazing. It is hard to find a company that consistently delivers great products and great service, but this company does exactly that. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue ordering from them!

So far you are looking well. Your communication is a bit slow. I did not pick a date of delivery. Do you have an estimated ship date?

The website was easy, the coins turned out to be perfect, very high quality. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a custom coins made. Can't say good enough things. They are great
