The quality of the work that was performed was good, but the communication and follow up by the salesman David Wycoff was Horrible! He doesn’t answer his phone calls or text messages and when I left a message for him to get back to me he has not responded in 3 weeks!! If you use the company for anything ask for a different person to deal with. He gets a ZERO STAR!

We had over 10 pieces of patio furniture powdered coated. They were returned in better condition than new. We are more than happy and satisfied with the results. Great job. Joshua did an outstanding job picking up and returning the furniture. Very professional.

Great work on a large outdoor table and 10 chairs! Pick up & drop off crew were excellent, very courteous and fast. Huge selection of colors available and it came back perfect! Highly recommend Allied!

It took too long for my pieces to be returned. There was some searching for pieces and a piece was missing. I sent other items to be powder coated, and I had the same problem again. The gentleman who picked up and delivered the furniture was extremely professional.

I would have given a 5 star but was disappointed in the color selection for powder coated chairs. I wanted just a regular dark matte gray but I had to go with black that doesnt really match by dining table outside. I was not asking for an unusual color. Great customer service from the initial sales man - David Wycoff, to the staff at the warehouse to the delivery process. Kudos to management for hiring great people. Would definitely use Allied Powder again! The furniture turned out beautiful.
