CustombedcoReviews of custombedco.com

Sam and is son are so nice. They made a beautiful bed and storage ottoman for me. I am so pleased. I would highly recommend.

This is my second purchase from this company and again Sammy exceeded my expectations wow! I got the ottoman for my bed I purchased before it is exactly as I wanted. Service was wonderful, Sammy arrived at the time he said with my beautiful ottoman the quality is top notch thanks again. And keep on making beautiful pieces

Very good customer service , the bed is exactly as described, material ,color , just as pictured and measurements were perfect. I finally have my dream bed Thankyou !!!

Ok so, it took a while but I was willing to wait to get what I wanted. Sammy was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. And apologised when he couldn’t reply for a while due to family matter. Altogether, it took about 3 months from placing the order to delivery of the order. Note that it was a basic order, no extras or customisation. To say we love the bed would be an understatement. To say it was easy to set it up would also be an understatement. I think it took 30 minutes from unpacking the bed, taking the pieces upstairs, my husband carried the heavy ones, I just took the boards, to putting altogether was 30min, if up to that. It was too easy. Delivery was great and a big shout out to AM trucking for exceptional service from the phone call to delivery.. great Compared to our guest bed that was 10% cost of this bed and took about 6 hours to put together and was also astronomically heavy! We absolutely love this bed. If you can invest and take the time to trust and wait, it’s so worth it. Our bedroom is a dream. If I can put a picture here I will. If not, just know that AI called our room a cloud like dream. Solid construction. Easy putting it together, almost no tools needed except a spanner. Also, the bed was delivered last week, I waited a week to use the bed before giving my review.

The bed is beautiful! Sammy made some custom modifications and gave us exactly what we were looking for! The order took a little longer than we expected, but it was worth the wait. Sammy delivered it himself and set it up too!

I recommend this company 100% Sammy is always responsive to any questions, my bed got built and delivered so quickly, exactly what I wanted I am so happy with my purchase! Go get your custom bed!!!

Received a custom handcrafted bed that is a conversation and artistic piece. Sturdy, beautiful and built to last. I plan on placing another order soon.

The bed is beautifully made. Sammy was amazing and very accommodating to my crazy schedule regarding delivery/installation. I highly recommend!
