I paid a deposit at “ William’s” urging of $2,300. It took me time to work on the design and when I placed the deposit he assured me it was in stripe for 120 days so it would not be touched. We were in contact the last several months. After I reached out post holidays ready to proceed he did not return 1 email, text, or phone call. BEWARE.

We would like to clarify the situation surrounding this order so there is a clear understanding of what happened. After the deposit was placed, there was an extended period of approximately three months without activity or communication regarding the order. Under our account policy, orders that remain inactive for three months may be closed, and this order was closed in accordance with that policy. When you later reached out to us and were ready to move forward, there was unfortunately a communication gap, and your messages and calls were not responded to as they should have been. William was unavailable at the time. We want to reassure you that Custapack takes every order and payment seriously. We have worked with hundreds of customers and always aim to handle orders and payments responsibly and professionally. Please reach out to our customer support team so we can review your order and deposit details and work toward a fair resolution. Warm regards, The Custapack Team
