Excellent print quality on our sandwich wrapping paper — sharp, consistent, and exactly what our brand needed. No complaints, and we'll definitely order from Custapack again. Highly recommend.

Easy ordering, uploading my design, & great product. I was a little confused on the format, but thanks to William for reaching out quickly to set me straight. Will definitely do business again!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re happy to hear that you found the ordering and artwork-upload process easy and that our team was able to quickly help with the file format. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to working with you again! Warm regards, The Custapack Team
The quality of my custom boxes and printed tissue paper was very good, and I’m happy with the finished products. Unfortunately, the process took much longer than expected. My design was fairly simple, and I provided clear instructions and reference images, but it still took several revisions to get it right. Each change generally took a full business day for a response, and those delays added up. My packaging ultimately arrived about a month later than I had anticipated, which meant I was without my boxes for several summer markets. I appreciated that part of my order was eventually shipped express, although I wish the entire order had been expedited given the delays. Duties and customs also added to the overall cost. The quality is definitely there, but if you have a firm deadline, I would allow plenty of extra time. Unfortunately, between the delays and final cost, I would likely use a different supplier in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you were happy with the quality of your custom boxes and printed tissue paper. We sincerely apologize for the delays and the frustration they caused, especially with your summer markets. We understand how important timing is when packaging is needed for specific events, and we’re sorry we didn’t meet the timeline you were expecting. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the artwork revisions and communication times. This is something we take seriously, and we’ll use your experience to improve how we handle artwork approvals, communication, and production timelines. We understand your decision to consider another supplier in the future, and we’re genuinely sorry that this experience led you to feel that way. If you’re ever willing to give us another opportunity, we’d be grateful for the chance to provide the smoother experience you expected from us. Thank you again for giving Custapack the opportunity to work with you and for sharing your honest feedback. Warm regards, The Custapack Team
I paid a deposit at “ William’s” urging of $2,300. It took me time to work on the design and when I placed the deposit he assured me it was in stripe for 120 days so it would not be touched. We were in contact the last several months. After I reached out post holidays ready to proceed he did not return 1 email, text, or phone call. BEWARE.

We would like to clarify the situation surrounding this order so there is a clear understanding of what happened. After the deposit was placed, there was an extended period of approximately three months without activity or communication regarding the order. Under our account policy, orders that remain inactive for three months may be closed, and this order was closed in accordance with that policy. When you later reached out to us and were ready to move forward, there was unfortunately a communication gap, and your messages and calls were not responded to as they should have been. William was unavailable at the time. We want to reassure you that Custapack takes every order and payment seriously. We have worked with hundreds of customers and always aim to handle orders and payments responsibly and professionally. Please reach out to our customer support team so we can review your order and deposit details and work toward a fair resolution. Warm regards, The Custapack Team
Custapack has exceeded my expectations. The prices, the quality of the work and the customer service have been amazing! I initially planned on ordering just a small quantity of packaging boxes, but ultimately decided to order labels as well and am happy to say that I will keep doing business with them. I definitely recommend this company.

From the moment I placed my order to its arrival, my experience with Custapack has been exceptional. I sent out an inquiry for my box needs, and William responded. Great at communication, honest in his opinion, and provided a competitive quote. I look forward to ordering from Custapack again in the future.
