Recently received my pkg, I was given a much lower dose of tretinoin than I have ever gotten before. After explaining this wasn't my first time on this and my experience with it. I know my first box is complimentary sorta speak ,but trust me they make up for that in your next box and payment. I should at least get what I need and would like.

Inclusion of the “surprise” which comprised of stickers, pins, and extra packaging is unnecessary garbage and a waste of Earth’s precious and finite resources.

It's been 2 months and I can't tell if it's working.

I am 45 years old and have been suffering from acne since I was 12 years of age. I have been treated by dermatologist and have used over the counter creams and soaps. I started using Curology more than 4 mos ago. The blemishes are still visible but I have not experienced the hurtful cyst and red bumps in two months.

I have heard great things about the products. They were very nice and easy to use the system. However, after having my formula changed I still did not see expected results after 6 mts of using the system. I also have a local dermatologist for my oral prescriptions as well that is supposed to help with balancing my skin. I gave it a solid try but now I need to move on.

It moisturized my skin. But that was about it. I did for about 8 months now it's time for me to try something different...

The moisturizer and daily cleanser seem to be terrific! Love the products. But the prescription cream is an absolute let down. The amount administered is nowhere near enough to last as long as the cleanser. And moisturizer. I would not be able to recommend for that fact alone. Why would a company, that charges what they do, not complete their prescription? It’s so unfortunate that a company that can have such an impact on the quality of lives that people are willing to prescribe to. Would shortchange, those loyal prescribers. When, will we as a country, realize that when we take care of those that depend on us, we will be paid more than we deserve. You have such an opportunity to help so many people, and reap the rewards. But I feel that my experience, will only fall on deaf ears. And so many people will try your product one time. And be just as frustrated as I am. I was really hoping that your product would be different. That it would deliver what it promised. And that I could recommend and promote to so many others. I apologize for the long response. Just wanted to hopefully let the people that make the decisions know how a loyal customer really felt.
