I thought there was an issue with the bottle I received. The rep did not hesitate to offer support. They were friendly and efficient. After I realized it was my error, they were still very courteous and kind.

I’m genuinely so grateful for the support I received from Curology, and especially from Abby! 💗 I had a situation where I really needed some help and wasn’t sure how everything was going to work out, so being met with kindness, understanding, and an actual willingness to help meant so much to me. Abby was incredibly kind, patient, responsive, and reassuring throughout the process. She didn’t make me feel like just another customer or brush off my questions. She actually listened, helped me understand my options, and made the entire experience feel so much easier and less stressful. I’ve been a customer for years now and have never had an issue. My last shipment, however, the face wash had a horrible smell and the night cream was burning my face so bad. I reached out and they got back to me super quickly. They immediately sent me a new supply free of charge AND gave me a $50 credit. So above and beyond! I will always recommend Curology!
