Great product, extremely slow shipping

Glad you love the product! We're sorry the shipping felt slow. Your order from May 5th arrived on May 10th, which is right in line with our standard shipping timeframe. We do offer an expedited shipping option for faster shipping. That being said, we really appreciate the feedback and are always working to improve!🩷 To your pain relief, Emma
Bought it for gum recession. Have been using it daily for 30 minutes. So far I have not seen any improvement. Will use it for the next few weeks and may return it if I do not see any changes.

Thank you for sticking with it daily! We can see your order is very recent, so you're still well within your 60-day window and in the early stages of your healing journey. Gum recession does take consistent use over time (damage built over years can't be reversed in a few short days), but many of our customers are genuinely surprised by what regular daily use can do. We're here if you need any help along the way, and we look forward to your update! 🩷 To your pain relief, Emma
Reasons I bought this Cura Deep Healing pad compared to other brands are because of the ability to use with AC or powerbank, and competitive pricing. I am a big fan of red light laser therapy and am hoping this pad can prevent or prolong my need for a hip replacement.

Thank you! We're so glad you're loving it. 🩷 To your pain relief, Emma
Excellent product. I put the battery part in my pocket and it does not turn off easily like another brand I tried before. Love the large size mouthpiece. I with they sold extra mouthpieces, so I could have a spare.

So glad it's holding up better than what you tried before, and that means a lot coming from someone who's compared! Great news, we do actually sell extra mouthpieces! We've reached out to you directly via email with more details. 🩷 To your pain relief, Emma

Having CuraYou trusted in a clinical setting means a great deal to us! Thank you for sharing that. 🩷 To your pain relief, Emma
I absolutely love my red light. Just helped me through nerve pain in my back. It is helping me with my stomach issues. And I swear when I get a slight sore throat, I put it on my neck and it is gone within hours. I will never not own a red light therapy device and especially from this wonderful company that backs up any issues you have with the product. Thank you Curayou!

I have used Red Light off and on for a long time. This company's products are exceptional. Made great, sturdy, ease of use and well designed. The communication is fast and exceptionally helpful. I would recommend them over most.
