Thank you for your support! So glad you’re happy with it 😊
Appreciate the ability to order. Would have been five stars but I’m still waiting on an auto my question on my machine not cleaning after use. Also it would have been nice to get notified that part of my order for bags was on back order.

Thank you so much for your kind words — it truly means a lot to us 😊
I love everything about it. Good price and fast delivery. It was the best thing, I got for multiple cats. That I just adopted from a shelter. Thank you again.

Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 So happy to hear it’s working well for your cats — and thank you for giving them a loving home 🐱❤️
I received the litter box tray in a timely fashion and it looks of good quality but unfortunately I apparently ordered the wrong item because it doesn't fit my litter box.

I spent $300 on this litter box and it stopped automatically cleaning itself within a year. When I contacted customer service, we went through the full troubleshooting process together and when nothing worked, they told me there was nothing more they could do. Why? Because I was one week past the one-year warranty. To be clear: the litter box broke before the warranty expired. I contacted them shortly after. For a $300 product that failed this quickly, refusing to make an exception for someone who is literally one week out of warranty is terrible customer service. A company that stands behind its products would make that call without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and save your money. I won't be buying from this brand again.

Hi there, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — we completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially given the timing. While the unit is slightly outside of the standard warranty period, we’d still like to take a closer look at the issue and see if there’s anything we can do to help. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details and a brief description (or video) of the issue. Our team will do their best to review and provide possible solutions. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to assist.
Fast delivery. Works great. Didn't realize it would be so big. I don't have room for this and the old litter box, so I just set this one up. They have been using it for the most part. Every couple of days one of them poops on the floor by it. Didn't understand why.

Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad to hear it’s working well overall! 😊 Sometimes cats need a little time to fully adjust to a new litter box. Keeping it clean and placing it in a quiet, comfortable spot can help them get used to it.
