When my order arrived I was missing my liners. But after speaking with customer service they assured me they would be sent out promptly. They arrived about a week later or so. Friendly staff and updated emails on missing item. 5 stars for impeccable service and attitude.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. MY PRODUCT HAD ISSUES FROM DAY ONE. I SAID I WOULD GIVE IT TIME TO GET THE KINKS OUT. THEN IT WAS ONE ISSUE AFTER ANOTHER. I CONTACTED THEM ON 9/29 AND THEY HAVE BEEN PROCRASTINATING THE ENTIRE TIME . ASKING ME TO DO SO CALLED TROUBLESHOOTING WITH THE IMPRESSION I WOULD GET A NEW LITTER BOX BUT THEN ITS ALWAYS ANOTHER REQUEST FOR MORE TROUBLESHOOTING. I REALIZE NOW AFTER READING THE REVIEWS THIS IS HOW THEY STALL SO U WILL BE OUT OF WARRANTY. THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME TO DO A BUNCH OF NONSENSE SINCE 9/29 AND IVE BEEN DOWN A LITTER BOX WITH MULTIPLE CATS. I WAS EVEN TOLD BY THE REPRESENTATIVE TO SCOOP THE DIRTY LITTER OUT THAT THE LITTER BOX WONT CLEAN. WELL GENIUS ISNT THAT THE POINT OF SELF CLEANING LITTER BOX ? ALSO AFTER FILING A DISPUTE I WAS TOLD THEY WILL GIVE A REFUND BUT THEY WANT ME TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING A DIRTY BROKEN LITTER BOX. THEY EXPECT ME TO GO BUY A BIG BOX TO SHIP A BROKEN LITTER BOX BACK. PROBABLY SO THEY CAN RE SELL IT . THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.I BELIEVE ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THIS HAS CAUSED ME NOTHING BUT STRESS AND TEARS AND AT THIS POINT IM THINKING OF SEEKING A LAWSUIT FOR PAIN AND SUFFERING AND CAUSING ME MAJOR HEALTH PROBLEMS. I SUFFER FROM MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND THIS HAS CAUSED ME TO FALL INTO DEEP DEPRESSION. THEY HAVE TAKEN ME THROUGH HELL SINCE 9/29:. I WISH I WOULD OF NEVER EVER BOUGHT THiS LITTER BOX. BIGGEST REGRET AND MISTAKE. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD OF BEEN PROCESSING A REFUND 7 DAYS AGO. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BUT THIS COMPANY IS NOW IGNORING ME SINCE I TOLD THEM I WOULDN'T GO BUY W BOX FOR THEIR BROKEN MACHINE TO SEND BACK. LIKE WHO MAKES SOMEONE SEND A DIRTY GERMY LITTER BOX BACK THATS BROKEN.

The refund for this case has now been processed and issued back to the customer’s original payment method. The agreed resolution has been completed, and we remain available if any additional assistance is needed regarding the refund status.
So disappointed! I thought I took my time and researched these boxes, and I ended up with this crap! Terrible design! It might be ok for some, unless you’re blessed with a cat that pees on the side(back of the box). The pee runs directly under the litter tray and sits there as liquid(which is going to smell real good), then when the cleaning cycle starts, it runs out and meets the litter right at the edge of the sifter, creating a clump of wet litter along the edge of the sifter. If you don’t scrape it out, the sifter becomes blocked open and lets dirty litter go unsifted. This thing smells just as bad as a regular litter box, I’m out my money, and I still have to scrape cat litter constantly! Unless you have a fix for this, I want to send it back! I’d be glad to send pictures of what you’re going to be dealing with if you buy one of these.

Customer service is awful! I received one email from them asking for video of the problem I was having. I emailed them videos I emailed them pictures I emailed them all of the troubleshooting I had done. Not a word back from them. I am guessing I was a month and a half away from my 1 year warranty being up and they didn’t want to honor their faulty box. Such a shame.

Similar to what others have said, initially my experience was great. I purchased my litter box in Nov 2025 and had zero issues for about 6 months. Then, suddenly, my unit became stuck on the antipinch trigger. I completely disassembled to try and find the issue and then when I put it together again, it started working. That was issue number one. Then recently, the same thing happened. From reading other reviews, I isolated the problem to the infrared sensor and tried cleaning it. Still nothing. This time I reached out to Cumrige support. Here’s where the issue really took a turn. For one, their China-based team takes a long time to respond, dragging out what should be a simple resolution. Secondly, despite it still being under warranty, I have repeatedly been denied the option for replacement or repair and have, instead, been told to try and perform repairs that I believe could invalidate my warranty if something breaks by my hand. The overall experience has been very frustrating.

Thought the service was fine, but was not told that items in the shipment would ship separately even though they were purchased together as a unit. Also, the time for delivery seemed extremely slow.
