Worst communication I've ever received from a business. I ordered a $900 product over a month ago and it still says preparing these items. I have emailed 4x and called 3x with only one response. The response was vague and still gave me no info. on what I ordered. I will never use this website again. Be warned customer service is TERRIBLE.

Poor communication, NO follow-through on my issues after speaking to “management”. Through my own research, I found the manufacturer of the appliance I ordered, contacted the manufacturer directly and with the manufacturer’s help, had all my issues resolved. I then received an automated email that my order had shipped AFTER I received the product. (I was promised tracking information that I NEVER received from Culinary Cave!!) I have no desire to ever use their “service” again. I actually transferred my account to the manufacturer.

We needed a replacement garbage disposal. We have a deep sink and had an insinkerator 3/4hp SpaceSaver disposal. So I saw you had that exact model. Great price. Upon ordering I checked to make sure what I was ordering was exactly what we had previous. After 5 days(happy with that) it showed up. Completely different disposal. Tall, and now 1” from the cabinet floor. Works ok but lost space in cabinet

Hi Gayle, Thank you for the feedback. We're glad the package shipped promptly, but we understand that repeated delivery reschedules are frustrating. Carrier delivery changes can happen after an item leaves our warehouse, but we still want the overall experience to feel clear and reliable. If anything is still unresolved, please contact [email protected] with order #2253. The Culinary Cave Team
You sent the wrong part knowing they didn’t make the other part

Hi Bryan, we're sorry for the frustration here. We understand how disappointing it is when a replacement part cannot be fulfilled as expected, especially after you have already spent time trying to get the right item. Please contact us at [email protected] with order #2175 and we will take another look right away. The Culinary Cave Team
I called and left a voicemail twice trying to speak to someone about accessories for the unit I purchased. Never got a callback. Pretty frustrating

I was suspect, as I had never heard of them before. But my experience was great. Purchase confirmation email came right away. Shipping confirmation came the next day. Package arrived 3 days later. Exactly as advertised. Would buy from them again.

The part I ordered fit my machine like the original. Fast shipping and honestly a great price and overall experience.
