CUDDLY is a for-good, for-profit organization with a mission to be the champion of animals in need. We do this by directly providing tools and resources to support animal welfare organizations worldwide. The CUDDLY platform empowers animal welfare organizations to create fundraisers and wishlists in order to raise funds and receive donated supplies for animals who desperately need help. In turn, donors from all over the world can make a difference by donating to a specific animal or organization. It is CUDDLY's mission is to help save as many animals through community, innovation, and creativity.

Cuddly is helpful and informative. Lots of information on the animals who need help and what the money will be used for. Service is very good.

We appreciate your heartfelt support. Every donation allows us to help more animals in need, and knowing you're part of our mission means the world to us.
1. I’ve noticed a big change in the way rescues are handled. the posts are wanting funds even before actually having the unfortunate soul in their care. To me that’s like a car salesman asking for money before showing the car is really on the lot. 2. The vet fund goals have become very exorbitant, even for the victims with less critical needs. I understand the times have changed for multiple reasons and communities continue giving to support these suffering souls every single one is worthy. When I see the fund raising goals soar beyond $5-$10k and the rescues imply they can’t deliver the necessary medical care if the fund goal isn’t met really doesn’t sit well with me. That’s when I ask myself shouldn’t the Vet teams also “donate” pro bono the necessary life saving services to the lives in their hands?

We definitely understand your concern and we are passing on this complaint to our management team for review regarding the posts asking for funds before animals are received by the animal welfare organization. Many times, these campaigns are funded this way so that animals have guaranteed support once they arrive in the care of the animal welfare organization. Many of these animals are coming from shelters who are not equipped to care for them due to low funds or large populations, and are arriving with our rescue partners who want to ensure they have the funds to provide the life saving care these animals so desperately need. We are so grateful for your review and this is still being passed on to management to evaluate, but we just wanted to provide some clarification of what the most common reason this campaign is released this way. I donate to Cuddly often. I appreciate the ease of making an online donation. I read the stories and updates on the poor animals posted. Added bonus is they show the progress of monetary donations towards the amount needed to help the animal which is key to the animal's success.
