Your for-profit business model forcing charities to choose a list of your merchandise that either cannot be shipped to them overseas and/or are simply overpriced for donors is despicable. Your fee to donors plus around 10% fee deducted from donations is another despicable practice that rips off both donors & the charities they help.

I did not see a way to honor our friends that requested specific charity donations in lieu of wedding presents, which was disappointing, but still a great cause!

Literally impossible to use the website to make a donation on any of several browsers on a laptop. On a phone (with Safari--which I also tried on my computer)? No problem. Hence frustration only with the technical end of things.

I tried for months to schedule a monthly donation but every time I was denied because I have a PO BOX. Those of us in the country have to have one otherwise they are run down over and over or sprayed painted. We are regular people dealing with drunken teenagers or worse. I gave up trying and now donate locally

1. I’ve noticed a big change in the way rescues are handled. the posts are wanting funds even before actually having the unfortunate soul in their care. To me that’s like a car salesman asking for money before showing the car is really on the lot. 2. The vet fund goals have become very exorbitant, even for the victims with less critical needs. I understand the times have changed for multiple reasons and communities continue giving to support these suffering souls every single one is worthy. When I see the fund raising goals soar beyond $5-$10k and the rescues imply they can’t deliver the necessary medical care if the fund goal isn’t met really doesn’t sit well with me. That’s when I ask myself shouldn’t the Vet teams also “donate” pro bono the necessary life saving services to the lives in their hands?

Thank you so much for your review, We are so grateful for your support and for everything you do for animals in need. We definitely understand your concern and we are passing on this complaint to our management team for review regarding the posts asking for funds before animals are received by the animal welfare organization. Many times, these campaigns are funded this way so that animals have guaranteed support once they arrive in the care of the animal welfare organization. Many of these animals are coming from shelters who are not equipped to care for them due to low funds or large populations, and are arriving with our rescue partners who want to ensure they have the funds to provide the life saving care these animals so desperately need. We are so grateful for your review and this is still being passed on to management to evaluate, but we just wanted to provide some clarification of what the most common reason this campaign is released this way. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to [email protected] Thank you for all you do for animals in need and have a wonderful day,
