I love what this company does, every purchase results in a donation to support, take care of, travel of animals from kill to no kill shelters, blankets, toys, food and a chance at a new life in a loving home!!

Hi there, Thank you so much for your review, we take your feedback very seriously. Any updates we get about the animals automatically show up on their campaign page, and if you've donated to the animal, they'll be automatically emailed to you. We do try to get regular updates, but as you might expect, animal welfare organizations are very busy. If there is a campaign that you are wanting updates on, our friendly customer service team at [email protected] would love to look into that for you and reach out to our rescue partners to get more information if needed. They can also help with any donation difficulties you maybe experiencing. CUDDLY is always striving to make sure our fundraisers receive the updates and closure that our donors deserve. Thank you so much for joining us in helping to save animals everywhere. Have a wonderful day,

I have enjoyed being able to help animals from many different rescues get the help they need. I appreciate their follow up emails with updates on the animals you support. They get a high rating from Charity Navigator and I feel like my experience has been positive.
