Arleen, We are so happy that we can help animals in need! Our animal welfare partners work so hard to take care of their animals medical necessities. Cuddly is so fortunate we can help them serve more animals! Please let us know if we can ever be of any assistance and thank you for everything you do for animals in need.
Hearts of gold. You are doing a wonderful job. Breaks my heart. Keep up the good work.

I love getting updates about the animals I donated to! I also love seeing pictures on each fundraiser so I know exactly who I’m donating to.

Cuddly helps the voiceless - the animals in need - continue to help those that do not have a voice - and bring justice to the abused and help to those that are in need.

Thank you so much Janna, We so greatly appreciate your kindness and generosity you have shown towards the animals we help support. Cuddly strives to help as many animals as we can and people like you help us achieve that mission. Thank you again and please let me know if we can do anything to help you at anytime! Have a lovely day,
Helping the animals in need is the great part. What is not so great is wading through all the blather on your webpage to get to the place for giving and then the awkward, so straight forward structure for selecting gift amount, means and frequency of payment. I want to KISS, these animals: Keeping is Simple, St....you get the picture, and be on to the next page. More follow up info on those we have helped would be nice, but NOT as the first data one encounters - that should be available after one makes ones gift.

Thomas, Thank you so much for your feedback. It really means a lot to us and we take it very seriously. Any updates we get about the animals automatically show up on their campaign page, and if you've donated to the animal, they'll be automatically emailed to you. We do try to get regular updates, but as you might expect, animal welfare organizations are very busy. Animals sometimes also get removed after the campaign is complete or at the request of the welfare organization. We can't usually get dependable updates on these. I do apologize for the inconvenience here, we do make our best effort to keep campaigns fully updated. Thank you for the feedback on our checkout page. I will bring this to our management team since we take this kind of feedback seriously. Thank you for your generosity and kindness you have shown towards the animals we help support. Have a wonderful day and let me know if I can be of any assistance,
