Cuddle ClonesReviews of cuddleclones.com

What I liked: the pajamas are high quality with accurate representations of Sandy and Milo. They look wonderful. What I didn't like: the sizing is not American sizing. I ordered a 3X but it's too small.

I have appreciated your prompt and kind responses which always answered my questions and made it a pleasure to do business with your team. You did an amazing job with the Cuddle Clone of our beloved Cody, a Papillon, which I'm sure challenged your artists, but with challenges they met! Thank you!

After receiving only half of my order (pajama and customize gift box) I never received customized socks I paid for. Notifying cuddle clones they responded 2 weeks later with the notification I need to prove I never received the socks. So I sent them picture of the pajamas “without” the socks and week later some person answered they have sent the socks in separated package (which I have no idea why) and they probably got lost somewhere on the way. This person (Margelyn) suggested me to reach out to DHL. I mean fist of all they need to reach out to DHL not me and second who treat their customers this way? By far worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. For that I’m giving cuddle clones 1 star and I hope no other customer gonna have to deal with this (treatment)!

Great customer service - I had an issue with receiving my order that I had placed in a timely manner but didn't receive as was stated. I heard from customer service and was refunded what I had paid for the expedited service with an apology. My granddaughter loves her pjs, I will definitely order from Cuddle Clones again.

The product is very good, but they had some misleading info regarding the delivery. For the “rush” option, they wrote “Ensure Christmas Delivery” in parentheses, but did not deliver it by Christmas, but rather on the 30th. What I was told is that I also needed to select “expedited shipping” in order to actually receive the product by Christmas. I consider this very misleading, however the company did eventually refund me the money for the “rush” option with a bit of back and forth. They were very considerate though.

I recently placed an order with Cuddle Clones and then almost exactly 3 hours later decided that I needed to cancel my order, which I was allowed to do with a full refund based on the facts page on their site. I have since emailed them at least 4 times total with no response. However, they have sent me numerous emails and text messages requesting more info before production begins on my order. They boast on their site and voicemail message when you call that they have tons of customer service reps available to respond to any questions at info@cuddleclones, which has to be an outright lie since no one has tried to respond to any of the numerous emails I have sent trying to get my order cancelled. They also say that they have a live chat feature online, but the page never loads. I've been trying to get someone to respond for about a week now, and finally decided to contact my bank because I really don't see any other options. This is a terrible company to work with and I would tell everyone to steer clear of them. Especially, since, based on the reviews I've seen, Petsies is a way better option. Cuddle Clones has made loosing our beloved Charlie, whom we had the privilege to love for almost 15 years, way more stressful; and I've had to focus on dealing with their lack of communication and terrible business practices at a time that I should have been focusing on the loss that our family is feeling.

Immediate response to problem, and great product.

Fun products that have been a hit when gifted. Great quality and options. Customer service was personal and helpful - no automated form-letter response.
