To everyone asking about why it takes so long to get your "cuddle" clone. Well that is because IT IS MADE IN CHINA. That is why something it takes a million years to get it and why communication is so bad. You are literally paying hundreds of dollars for something that costs no more than a few dollars of labor for. Now with COVID and the new Chinese trade issues, I can only imagine how bad this waiting period has become.

THEY mess up your order, YOU have to pay shipping TWICE! Let them try to fix it instead? THAT VOIDS YOUR REFUND OPTION! BEWARE! This company is very disappointing! The biggest disappointment is the misleading advertising of "100% satisfaction guaranteed"! If you want a refund (even if THEY MESSED UP YOUR ORDER) you have to pay return shipping and you will not be refunded the original shipping. So in the end, you pay for shipping (twice!) and receive absolutely nothing! If instead you decide to send it back to them to let them try to "fix" their mistake, they don't tell you that by sending in your cuddle clone, you are voiding the option of a refund if you are still unsatisfied after they fix their mistake. Does that sound like 100% satisfaction to you? Not to me either!! I can't believe they wouldn't still honor a refund if their first attempt to correct their mistake isn't satisfactory! I will be posting every website possible and verbally sharing with every person who will listen about my experience with Cuddle Clones until they stand behind their satisfaction guaranty and make this right for my family! What a disgusting business model to prey on the emotions and vulnerability of a grieving family, offer an overpriced faulty product, and make the customer pay to have it corrected. I sent as many pictures as their ordering process would let me and filled every box with descriptive specifications. My cuddle clone had VERY obvious discrepancies from my photos. Not knit-picky stuff either. Things like BRIGHT WHITE paw pads (have you ever in your life seen a dog with bright white paw pads??)! The production team was simply too lazy to paint the fur on the bottom of the feet (it is worth noting that my cuddle clone is laying down so the bottom of his paw pads are exposed and easily visible). This product is far too expensive to have problems like that.

Impossible to get in touch with customer service. They will drop you if you ask questions. They themselves said their satisfaction guarantee "would not be honoured" in case of a bad, low quality, or truly inaccurate product. Also, their "Win a free cuddle clone" posts are fake. There are never any winners. Can't believe they are allowed to do this.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!! Do NOT Purchase from them. They say they are an American Compant, but they are from China and you either won't get your items or will get garbage that is NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED!!!

The company has deleted my review so I am posting it here. I ordered a mug with my dog on it. Pretty straightforward as I followed the instructions when choosing the photograph and picked a simple background. I was very disappointed with what I got. The picture is not centered, it's nearly touching the handle of the mug, so not only is it covered when you hold it, the rest of the mug is just the empty background. The picture I sent in was lit nicely and the one on the mug is dark and yellow. My dog is fluffy, and instead of trimming around him nicely, they just chopped all his fur off on one side. Very poor quality. I could probably do it better myself, now I wish I had. Company does not respond to emails or chat and they are deleting negative reviews. Stay away!
