Cuddle Clones seem to be very compassionate and what to make sure they meet our needs by doing their best to make sure we our happy. I haven't seen the clone of my dog yet because it's in the process of being made but would love to give a final review when I receive it. So far I'm pretty happy with my experience so far. Customer service was quick and helpful in any concerns I had. Did a remarkable job with my boy and a tribute to my lifelong best friend. Gives me comfort every time I look and hold him. They did an amazing job recreating my angel.

While I understand and accept that there will be variations in the product, the clone I got was so obviously not our dog that I wanted to cry. Our dog has a blocky head, "L" stop, and gentle eyebrows. What we got was a pointed head, ski slope nose, and "mad brows". It isn't even close, and I'm wishing that I could show pics here. I'm waiting on a response from their service department, as I am requesting a refund, but the posts here have me concerned.

The absolute worst. They are dishonest and will not honor their own return policy. I paid extra for guaranteed holiday delivery. Instead the product arrive after Christmas and they refuse to accept a return. Avoid this business. Don’t believe the review score on their website. It is fake.
