Such a delight to receive your honest feedback, Erin! I have shared your comments about your plush clone with our wonderful artists, and they are grateful for your kind words! Thank you for your suggestion! Currently, our customers can only add notes in "special characteristics" boxes. I completely agree that our custom process could have been better if customers could add captions or short descriptions of their beloved furry friends on every photo upload. I have forwarded your idea to our process improvement team for review. We look forward to implementing this feature soon! If you have any other tips, feel free to let us know.
