Cuddle ClonesReviews of cuddleclones.com

We were sadden and devastated by the loss of our 14 year old puppy Otis Cheddar. Didn’t know how we would cope without him. Even though nothing can replace him, it’s nice that we have a clone of him in a stuffed animal. Looks just like him, markings and all. Thank you for keeping his memory alive in our home.

Heard about your cool cuddles on Ohio Basset Hound Rescue site and gifted my Wife and Daughter with Cuddle cards. My Wife said "Everybody loves it" after seeing her Tumbler with Basset Hound Carson's image well preserved in clear casing with pink background. My Daughter ordered pajamas with generous images of their doggo Archie and gives them "An enthusiastic 2 thumbs up!". Very satisfied so all our Best to your continued Success!

Fantastic to work with. You made the experience so personal for me. Violet is beautiful. Everyone who sees her has to look twice to see if she’s a real doggy! I love her!

Not satisfied with the result. Such a disappointment. I loved the work on website. Maybe we had a bad tech. Terrible customer service. Claimed 💯% satisfaction guaranteed, is just the trick it is magically disappearing when you talk to customer service. This is copy and paste sentence - "Sadly, once a remake is processed, the order is no longer eligible for a refund or a second remake". Tell me doest this sound right to you? I would love to attach pictures. But here is the description. The length of the fur should have some texture. And color is too brown. He has a bit red/orange in it. the width of the snout is too skinny, he looks like husky/pitbull but I have a boxer! It is very awkward open mouth! His bottom jaw is much wider. Doesnt look like my dog!  His jowls are longer. The position of the nose is a little bit up at the end of the jaw (he is a boxer, but clone looks like pit bull), he has more blackish spots around his nose with some pink. The thickness of the front legs is too skinny.  Almost can feel the metal inside. Also, back legs look like chicken legs! It is ridiculous.

It was really devastating to look forward to seeing a replica of my sweet cat that recently passed and seeing what I can only describe as a lumpy, furry creature that was poorly constructed. I sent over 30 images of my cat and they did such a bad job of recreating her image. The fur color was off, the eyes were shaved back and bugged out, they shaded her eyes with a bright bubblegum pink, they made her snout so long it didn't even look like a cat at that point. I sent it back for an immediate refund because I didn't trust them to do any revisions if this was their best attempt at recreating my cat. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back about my refund. Don't waste your money with this company.

The dog print pajamas are perfect. They are mostly comfortable. The elastic is very tight.

The plush I received looks NOTHING like any of the photos I sent and doesn't even look like a Chow Chow. This purchase has been nothing but aggravation since the beginning. Terrible customer service, it's like pulling teeth out with your bare hands to get a response, I paid $85 for 2 week rush delivery (as stated on their website) and spent 4 weeks trying to get in touch with someone about my order. When I finally got through, they told me I paid for a 2 week rush on my plush being made, not for it to arrive in 2 weeks (like their website states). I managed to get a refund on my rush delivery because I didn't get my order until week 6. The ears on my plush aren't even close to being the same size (my dogs ears were perfectly symmetrical as shown in photos), the tail looked nothing like my dogs tail (perky and rested up on her back vs the plush having a super long and floppy tail), the fur was so disheveled, half of the face is smashed in, the snout looked nothing like a Chow Chow snout, and the plush has an incredibly noticeable underbite (my dog did not). I will NEVER purchase another product from Cuddle Clones. I don't know if the artist who made my clone was brand new to the job, but this thing was absolutely atrocious. I'd give zero stars if I could.

First off the clone itself is great and my daughter loves it. Overall 9/10, with fur color and head size being slightly off. My real issue is to just warn my Canadian friends about the real cost of these things. Maybe I'm a little bitter because I paid all together about $400 (including the $60 mentioned below) for a 6" tall 10" long stuffed bunny (to which a full size dog may have been worth it...maybe), but what really stung was the additional $60 duty at the border they don't mention because they use DHL, taxidermy may have been more economical.
