Cubebix went above and beyond to make sure I received my order on time for Christmas. It ended up being a custom order and even though they didn't have to they accommodated my request. I would recommend Cubebix to anyone looking for a unique gift and I will definitely use them again in the future. I can't say enough good things about their customer service....an all round great experience. Thanks to cubebix my girlfriend is going to be surprised and delighted on Christmas day. Keenan

I was worried I’d waited too late to get my welcome mat. When I asked about delivery, they flagged the order and kept me updated. It arrived on time and it looks great!

The writing on the tumbler was a bit blurry and not as sharp as depicted in the pictures online. That was disappointing. Otherwise, it will be a fun gift for my son.

Spending extra for express delivery not delivered in the time stated. The vinyl material is not of a wrap quality but is more a very cheap shelving contact paper; the picture was clear, but product surface came scratched, had many kinks, two cracks or cuts and colors were coming off on microfiber cloth during install. Had a professional vehicle wrap installer do the install. I'm very disappointed in this product. Been advised to remove within six weeks to avoid extensive time and expense if it gets to baked on. Would not recommend buying this product. After posting this review and their shipping response which was lame. I was offered a full refund if I would pull my review. Said I would take the refund but wouldn't promise to remove review. Never had any followup from Queenie in Customer Happiness Department !!?? 12/9/2022 I was contacted again by Queenie a short time ago. I was told there had been misdirection in our email communications, but after seeing my second post on Trust Pilot I was recontacted. After providing some additional information and a picture of the damage. Queenie had a full refund processed along with an apology from the company. I was told they want to please their customers and provide quality products. I appreciate their customer service "Queenie" who did right by me as did Trust Pilot, THANK YOU
