An error was made on your part by failing to put the persons name and the dates on the plaque and when I contacted the company they were very quick to correct their mistake and get it sent to me in time for the date I needed the plaque. I was very pleased with this company and will use them again.

Hi Melissa Wofford, We are deeply sorry for any confusion or disappointment caused by the size of the 11oz ceramic mug you received. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have with us. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our offerings. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out. We look forward to your generous understanding. Sincerely, CubeBik LLC
I bought the sign for my Dad. I looked and looked for one for about 3 months. I am so glad I kept looking. The sign was a big hit. CubBik is awesome to work with. They let me know that order was received and then when it was sent. I will buy from them again.
