Excellent customer service - the acrylic hat had a minor defect but other than that the team really did a great job rushing my item!

Our company has used Crystal Images for several years now. I have found them very responsive once I submit names for trophies, etc. and the quality of the finished products is very good.

They did a great job. The only thing I noticed is not all the glasses were the same size/quality. There were a few that were slightly smaller and dont have the same weight or heaviness to them. Other than that the engraving they did was good quality.

The production time was very fast. Everyone loved the product. The only thing that I have issue with, is not receiving an invoice so I could see what my charges were before submitting my payment. I ordered these via email with the company, not directly from the website.

Did a great job on laser engraving on my 20 yeti cups for my business. Very professional and took 3 days to complete.
