Your retail 20% ANN19 discount and the lack of set up charge means you are selling cheaper at retail than you are to wholesale customers?? Adding a $35 setup to wholesale customers makes wholesale $12.50 more cost than retail cost??? Poor decision made by management

Product did not come back when promised. Product was completed as ordered. Very disappointed in your work this time.

While the awards themselves are very nice, the communication is somewhat lacking. All emails go to a common address and one line responses are all I received. I had to send multiple emails requesting detailed information and would still only receive one-line answers each time. Also, I was disappointed that you are charged for the samples even when placing a large order. Most other companies are willing to provide a free sample.

The product is wonderful. Beautifully done. The ordering and follow up on the backend was "less than". Wished for more contact when a problem occurres.
