I can't recommend it for work

The service is not the worst overall, but there are a few nuances. 1. Technical support is fast, but rude 2. The service does not know how to withdraw USDT ton to Binance wallets. They simply do not know about the existence of MEMO. That is, if you want to withdraw your crypto in this way, it will go nowhere and you will then have to deal with Binance to return the funds. I found myself in exactly this situation. 3. And here we return to the first point again - after they screwed up with the withdrawal, they did not even apologize for their incompetence and simply advised to withdraw to another wallet (in Telegram). 4. There are also questions about the interfaces, but not critical. It is clear that the guys are trying to be good, but they are not very good at it. I cannot recommend the service for work. There are a lot of cryptoprocessing services and this is definitely not the best.

Hello! Thank you for your detailed feedback. We have carefully reviewed the situation. Indeed, the funds were withdrawn to a Binance address, where a MEMO is required for proper crediting. At that time, the MEMO was not added, which is why the transaction did not appear in your account immediately. The funds were not lost — after contacting Binance support, the amount was returned and re-credited to your account within 10 minutes. We understand this caused inconvenience, and we apologize that your interaction with our support team left a negative impression. Our team is already adding relevant recommendations and functionality for users to prevent such cases in the future. Your comments about the interface have also been noted — we are gradually improving the usability of the service. Thank you for your feedback. It helps us fix mistakes and become better.
