Cruisebound has fantastic customer service! They really care about their customers and work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. One example I can provide is that I booked my cruise directly through Cruisebound before I realized that my credit card company had additional cruise benefits if I had booked directly through the credit card travel portal. I contacted Cruisebound and they went above and beyond to get these additional benefits applied to my existing reservation with them. Amazing company! In addition, everyone I spoke with at Cruisebound was just so pleasant and helpful...in particular Francine! She is fantastic! I highly recommend using Cruisebound to book your cruise trips!

Francine the COS took action when I left reason behind my dissatisfaction with your services. She immediately reached out and did everything she could to help with my need. Did as much as providing 3rd party services which I was able to use and book my shuttle transfer services. Thank you for your attention and outstanding customer service.
