We needed to change the dates of our cruise and customer service representative was fantastic, was able to get us the dates we wanted with discount and on board credit. We are extremely happy and satisfied!

Edit later same day: Francine an Escalations Manager personally called me to explain the programs to me and they did make a mistake. She rectified the situation and explained the program in detail. We are going to end up booking through them. Francine was excellent !! Did extensive research and decided on a payment program that works for us now. Had a family member have surgery so I was trying a way to defer payments. Cruisebound offered such a product but when I wanted to use it for a perfect cruise for my wife and I, it now was not available. I got the song and dance about what cruise lines this works with. If they know that info why was it listed as an option with the line I was looking at. Also she did not even ask at what we were interested in or try to help find something else. So it seems they want the customer to do the work but when ready, book through them. But beware everything that is listed is not really available.

After a few emails with various Cruisebound.com techs, Senior Advisor Francine reached out to me. And I'm so glad that she did! My cruise is scheduled to be with 8 family members. I'll be in an inner cabin so my cabin hasn't been assigned yet. Francine went above and beyond on working to check on any cabins available closer to my brother and SIL. Unfortunately, those wouldn't fir my budget as I also have to take in costs of a flight. Since my inner cabin hasn't been assigned yet, I asked if there would be a chance that I may end up on the same deck as my family. Francinesaid there is that chance. She also went above and beyond noting in my reservation request that I'd be sailing with family and would like to be staying close to their stateroom noting their cabin number. Francine is absolutely wonderful in her customer service satisfaction of making cruise chip logistics a breeze.

Tried to cancel our cruise and we couldn't. Then they cancelled our cruise and said our payment was fraudulent even though we still have the charge on our account months later and the cruise already departed. So we paid $2700 for a cruise we couldn't go on because they cancelled our room. DONT BOOK WITH THIS WEBSITE. customer service is also horrible and not helpful. I've never been so upset

We’re sorry your plans for this sailing ended this way. We reviewed your account, and it seems that your original cancellation request was not processed because you expressed concern about the cruise line's cancellation policy. The reservation stayed active while we waited for your confirmation to proceed. The reservation was later canceled after a dispute was opened on the payment with your card issuer. Since the funds are part of that dispute, your card issuer is the party that can confirm the outcome. If you’d like our team to take another look, please email us at [email protected]. Sincerely, Cruisebound
It was very easy to make arrangements for a cruise after cheking all the ones you had to offer. Price was great and we have never sailed on your ships, so we are looking forward to a geat adventure in April, 2027
