I paid a tip and after hitting submit, the page showed the item still in the cart with the same total and the credit card info missing. It appeared that it did not go through. I checked my email and it had gone through. The page should say thank you for your order. This is deceptive and I bet some people pay twice. The store web page has horribly distorted photos on the items. That really should be fixed because it looks so unprofessional.

Overall it was a good experience. It would have been great to be able to search by more categories than price or alphabetical or popularity. It also would be helpful to see a general preview of the art using AI to crop your pet's head onto the artwork, or even manually like you would do if designing a t-shirt. Lastly, for building the brand or to better connect with the staff, let us tell you a brief story about the pet in the order!
