Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Easy order process

Website is simple to use. Very cute ideas

I am already very pleased with my past orders, but on a recent order C & P forgot to include my gift coupon, or at least didn't include it in on the purchase confirmation email. I emailed back asking for clarification and within several minutes received the corrected confirmation. I appreciate the customer service and their immediate attention to my question and follow up.

Easy to order and navigate through website

Fourth order with Crown and Paw and they did not disappoint!

I made a mistake on my shipping address on a Sunday night and e mailed customer service. Within hours I got a response. I was amazed.

Great work and very responsive!

I love the product.
