Simply and efficient

I ordered a couple 55' retractable safety barriers and they shipped quick, packaged great and are high quality. Customer service definitely deserves 5 stars! When I placed my order, I accidentally selected the wrong belt color/pattern because I overlooked the wording and didn't verify it against the provided belt design chart on the website. A customer service rep reached out to me and wanted to verify if I wanted the belt design I selected or if I needed the other design with similar wording. Thank you again for catching my mistake!

Delivery could have been better coordinated. Dropped pallet, no way to move it from the traffic path, then had to buy metal cutters to break down the pallet.
