Solid pen, best value, 2 years now same pen I have had and tested rather a few, unlike most modern humans, I still write daily. And on occasion i have vented some frustration with the pen in hand.. let me say its durable. Ink lasts very long. Great design and weight/feel. No need for all the bad reviews, the value and build is excellent.

I received very good customer support with replacing a pen. Above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

All of the negative reviews have merit. I experienced all of the same issues but Jennifer Lacasse the Director of Global Marketing & Customer Experience did in three days what others could or would not do in 3 1/2 months, she had my old pens returned to me. Cross needs to hire more employees of Jennifer's caliber, employees who appreciate their jobs and realize that satisfied customers put food on their families table. If you don't want to work, stay home, don't bring your company down because you are worthless. Cross has had a very good reputation for many years and sells quality products. I hope they regain the trust of their customers.

Absolutely superb customer service - I've been a fan of Cross Pens for years but never before had to avail myself of their warranty. Sadly a pen I had stopped working recently and I needed it repaired. I sent it in on Tuesday, it was back with me fully repaired and working perfectly by Thursday. Very, very impressed both by the time frame and quality of the repair and the communication from their Luton office.

I read some of the review here while waiting for the delivery. I was scared that I was scammed because it’s been 2 weeks already. But it arrived today (after almost 3 weeks from the date of order)! It’s a good fountain pen, we just need a bit of patience in waiting for delivery.

The nicest customer service I have ever dealt with. I inherited a pen from my father who lost a battle with cancer and these guys were more than helpful in helping me to identify what inserts I will need and they send them to me within a day of me contacting them. Absolutely lovely.

I have always had Cross pens and there was a fault with my last pen. Despite a delay with the central Customer Service Team, Margaret in repairs was fantastic and promptly acknowledged and resolved my enquiry. Excellent service and I will continue to use Cross! Thank you.

Was worried after reading previous comments but I have to say excellent service, very happy with order and customer service very helpful and attentive, lovely gift for special occasion.
