Very low quality product and just as low quality service/help line. No way can I recommend this product.

This is NO easy setup!!!! I cannot get this setup therefore I won’t be using this! Horrible!!! 😡

Hi Peggy, You just need to make sure both your device and your camera are on the 2.4ghz network and you will be good to go! It sounds like you are trying to connect to a 5ghz wifi network instead.
ANY COMPANY that tell you you act better than their team, has NO concept of customer service, Your buying a product. They are the SERVICE reps, but act like the new generation of offense when held to accountability. If you want to be treated lousy Lied about and then listen to their BS about how it was YOUR fault? The company LIED about the postal office situation and then allowed their phone rep (OF COURSE IT WAS A FOREIGN BASED CALL CENTER) to scream at me, expecting no response in kind. Then I had to file fraud charges with my bank when they refused to refund. Post office sent their crap back after we explained what they claimed and PO knew the company was full of BS. Im not in the habit of giving positive reviews to companies who dont deliver product then allow their phone reps to yell at their customers. We refused delivery due to poor service. Make Your own assessment but we wont use them. AND AFTER all this Crap the Moronic crew try telling me Im abusive because their rep yelled at me.

This customer is right about one thing, he will not be doing business with us again. According to the postal service this customer requested that his delivery be held at his local post office instead of delivered to his final address. During our investigation we shared this information and sent him screenshots of his shipping label and the post office’s website showing he had requested the hold. Despite this, he was very rude and abusive with our customer service team, (who do an excellent job according to many other reviews we have received), calling them “straight up liars” and demanding that they get it “delivered by tomorrow” or he would “report us to his bank for fraud”. Instead of reading the messages and recognizing that all he needed to do was contact the post office and remove the shipping hold, he chose to become rude and condescending. We work very hard to make sure all of our customers have a great experience, but will not tolerate this kind of behavior, especially from customers who clearly feel like they are better than hard working members of our team.
I love this camera. Don't know why I waited so long to order one. Thank you, and God bless

I'm not happy with this product I've tried numerous times to program them and with no such luck It will not connect

The most common issue with connection is connecting to your routers 5ghz network instead of your 2.4ghz network, as described in the setup details. We will also reach out to you to help!
Won't connect to 5G. Problem.

Hi Bruce, I’m sorry you are having trouble connecting. We make that very clear from the beginning though. Email confirmations, the website, the printed instructions with the camera, and the app all show this. Most routers broadcast both a 5ghz and 2.4 ghz network and it’s an industry standard that a 2.4 ghz network is required. Please connect your device to a 2.4ghz network and you will be up and running in no time.
To create an account it says I have to put in Chinese word I don't know Chinese

Hi Stevie, please contact tech support. Multiple languages are supported and it sounds like you may have changed the default language.

HI Georgina, We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty setting up the camera. Please contact our tech support department, we would be happy to walk you through setup. We will also send you an email with some additional setup guidance. Almost all setup issues are due to connecting to the wrong wifi network, and can be resolved very quickly.
