The yarn is nice but the shipping company you use is horrible! They take waaayy too long to deliver parcels. This would be the only reason that I would not order. I asked to perhaps send my order with another carrier, but it wasn't done and it took my order almost 3 weeks to arrive.

I waited more than 48h before receiving my order confirmation or seeing my order in the order tab in my profile. A bit stressing when it is your first order with we crochet. The delivery time was reasonable for Australia. The yarn ordered was nice. However some of the yarn ordered were full of knots! 3 knots for a 100m skein is unacceptable.

It's a little long for orders to be sent. That's why I only give 3 stars. Otherwise, the products are really great so I continue to order anyway. If it's not for a last minute project and your yarn doesn't need to be at your door in a rush, it's a really good place to order. Maybe it's just due to C19 protocoles...

Whilst they didn’t give me any information as to when my package was being shipped or on its way, they did eventually ship my parcel and it’s relatively good quality. I got everything I ordered but I would like more communication before hand :)

I am pleased with the buttons but they took more than three weeks to arrive

Two items missing in my order. What was sent did arrive in a timely fashion and was well packaged. Quality of product is nice for the price, will buy again. I'm happily surprised at the kacha counter, it doesn't feel flimsy. Colors were true. Maybe a sample guide would be nice, or a ''yarn finder'' on the website to give directions to new crocheters like me, I found the experience of buying online made me unconfident. I like what I ordered, I'm just not 100% sure it's what I needed or that it's the best option. The 10$ crochet kit is simple, has a lot of sizes, is nice to the touch, perfect for a beginner.

This is my second time ordering from you and I would likely give 5 stars since I love your products but my shipment is nearly a week late. I expected my shipment to arrive by UPS...NOT...UPS Surepost which is deceptive in that they hand off to USPS to deliver and that has not happened. My package is still in the same State it was 5 days ago and is nearly a week late now. My sweater was nearly finished. I'm left waiting for a package I may not even receive.

The yarn was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, I needed a little more yarn because I am making hats out of all what I purchased. I just wish there was a little/lot more yarn, but overall the yarn that I ordered was a pretty color.👍🏻
