My order was missing two of the skeins I had ordered. I called and let them know. They apologized and mailed the missing skeins right away.

I like the stuff That's really all I can say. I bought some stuff, and was really confused that I didn't get a confirmation email. So I got an account, which i knew wouldn't really fix it, but I still didn't get an email even from that. Then, the day I got my package I was trying to figure out what happened and looked up wecrochet in my email and there it was...in the promotion section. I never check any of that except for my inbox, so maybe change that? I don't know if you can, but it might be a little less confusing for first time buyers I also don't like how you can't look at all of the yarn they offer at once. It's really annoying.

Yarn quality is great, but the way it is shipped is very poor!

So many of the colors I needed were out of stock. Very frustrating.

For a true beginner, I often feel lost. I am a knitter trying to learn crochet. I still have never finished a significant project. But part of that is Covid and not being able to meet with my guild. Someday I hope to master the basics and be able to try some of those beautiful patterns.
