Their streaming became too erratic to use a few months into a year's subscription. This was on multiple devices using a very fast connection by wire as well as by wifi. Nonetheless, they refused to end the subscription early and refund the wasted money.

Their packaging could be better- I've had a box set come damaged due to the packaging. Customer service is incredible though. They have the best and most helpful customer service I've ever dealt with.

I ordered an expensive set of Blu-rays,and they were lost by USPS.I have now contacted Criterion.com three times by e-mail,and they have ignored them all.I am now out $120,with no other recourse except to report fraud to my credit card company.
