I thought that my order may have slipped through the net as I thought that I hadn't received it, however I had received a receipt for the payment. I dropped an email to customer services and received an almost immediate reply showing me how to find the product. So I had received it, just that I didn't know where to look. Great organization with great product and customer service! When buying a product I encountered an issue which was my fault, as I entered a wrongful email address, so I communicated with them and in a matter of time they got back to me and corrected my email address at their end for me.
