Been trying for almost a month to get some help. My glass raven 4g camera will not send photos. I am using the sim hero card, and it worked fine for a few months and has not worked since. I quit using it but recently renewed my sim hero contract as we have had a predator attacking our animals. The camera still doesn't send photos. I have tried to delete and reinput the information and still nothing. The packaging gave instructions to download an app, but I have never been able to find one to download. Very frustrating.
