I tried to get Jimmy Red Corn(Southern Revival) cask strength. The picture showed indicated 56.1 ABV. There is a disclaimer beneath the picture, so I get it…beware. However, in the actual product description the whiskey is specifically listed as 56.1 ABV. Legal/illegal…I can’t say, but they are definitely misleading people, so it’s no wonder their reviews are terrible.

I would imagine the beer is great once it arrives. Plan for at least 2-3 weeks delivery time as they do not advertise that on their site.

Would give them -5 stars if I could. Do not trust the reviews on their site, it's not possible to leave a review there.. which makes sense since their customer service is horrible. Placed an order on January 17th & I had to reach out multiple times to get the status of the remaining items. Supposedly the order was prepared for shipping on 2/1, but it wasn't until 2/19 when I requested a refund that they magically shipped. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Stay away. This company is awful. I selected six beers for a Christmas present for a relative and paid top dollar. They delivered exactly one beer. Multiple emails and voicemails and no response. I would give them negative 5 stars, if that was possible. I will re-score if they move to resolve this issue.

Worst company to ever order from. I would give not even 1 star but had to choose something. On the site it gave me two day shopping. Never happened. Emailed service and they refunded me 5 dollar. Said it shipped. Keep getting sane message with nonprofit delivery. Gave benefit of the doubt asked for compensation or change of delivery to who was supposed to get the gift and got a hard maybe with no expected delivery date supporting they are doing what is expected. Gear customer secure right. I asked for a refund and they said NO. F’N really Going to cancel on my card and will Never order from them again. Worst Company Ever with the Worst Customer Service. I suggest to never use them. Wish I would have looked up the reviews before I ordered. Thank gosh I wasn’t banking on them for life saving materials I would be dead.

Nope! Ordered beer gift package for Christmas on Dec 10 and it arrived after Christmas day. I had to go out on Christmas Eve and buy craft beer at several different places to replace this gift. The Banner on website says “speedy deliver “ and customer service offered no help even though website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed . This is the type of gift i would send often and now they lost a new customer.

The inventory system doesn't match up with beer in hand, so half my order was cancelled. I'm in the process of trying to cancel the other half, $100 for a 12 pack doesn't make sense. HalfTime does a much better job of shipping around the US.

Buyer beware. Order from CraftShack and product was damaged due to poor shipping. Bubble wrap was excessively taped to the product damaging the collector box. After I ordered, my card number was taken and several attempts were made to use it. No other purchases were made with this card besides the order from CraftShack. Shipped from New York, fraudulent charges were made on my card in New York.
