I contacted Craftsaving customer service when I thought my order was lost as it was overdue. They were very helpful in getting all the information they needed to start to trace it. It was a great surprise when a few days later it showed up at my door, I have already finished one and started the second one today. I will be placing another order very soon.Love their products and very good quality.

Thanks for the quick response as I was worried you had not received the picture I downloaded. This is for a wedding gift on 11/11/22, so hoping I receive it in time to get it completed $ framed.
