You were out of stock on the item I wanted and you were 25% more than my regular supplier And I get free shipping from my regular supplier on orders over $100.00

Never received my order

Response from Craftmaster Hardware, LLC· Jan 11, 2021
Hi William, This is a locksmith only item. We cancelled order and let you know with no response from you.
Unfortunately I've never received my order due to it being stolen because the delivery personnel lieutenant on the sidewalk volume. Also since I wasn't able to get an immediate replacement due to them being out of stock and not knowing when it would be back in stock. I would say next time please make sure the delivery service do you use does not do things like this. Also do not allow them to sign for a package themselves very unusual and not okay.

Hi Danny, Sorry for your experience with the shipping company. There have been many issues throughout their systems due to holiday and overall online volume. We will discuss with the shipper. Thank you for the feedback.
I had ordered some locks 12/9/2020, it didn't hit my credit card until 9 business days later. Which put it in January's statement. It was a last minute purchase due to left over funds, now it has put up into the neg. Kathy B.

Hi Kathy, Please let us know if you have this requirement so we can process they way you need it. We are not familiar with your credit card billing cycle and how it impacts your budgeting at any given time.
Very poor communication. Never shipped order and I had to call weeks later to ask about it only to find it was "processing." No follow-up whatsoever. Will never use again.

Hi Abraham, We let you know it was not in stock and wanted to give you eta to see if that would would work for you. We didnt hear back from you so the order was cancelled. Thank you for contacting us. Dan D
I would’ve give a 0 star if I could. I ordered some stuff and paid almost $50 for the 2nd day shipping. I waited 3 days, the order status finally shows that the order is shipped. Then I waited for another week, still didn’t get the package, called their customer service and they said my order got cancelled because I failed to respond to them... They NEVER reached out to me!!! Didn’t even send me an email to inform me about cancellation. They gave NO explanation and NO apology!! I wasted 10 days just waiting for this package will never arrive. EXTREMELY BAD experience! DO NOT BUY from this website!

Hi Ameeee, Thank you for the feedback. I investigated this right away. It is not how we typically operate and this is unusual feedback for us to receive. We made initial contact to let you know that we did not have 1 of the items in stock. We did not process since we did not hear back how you wanted to proceed. A few days later you contacted us through the [email protected] looking for an update. We used that email to reply and explained we needed to hear from you before an order would be processed. When we hadn’t heard back again by the next week the order was cancelled, and you were emailed about that. So we reached out 3x to update you on your order. I apologize that we were not more diligent in fulfilling your order to your satisfaction. Dan D
