How many companies call you when your product is on backorder? Craftmaster Hardware did! This was not only to inform me of the situation, but also to ask me if I wanted to wait for the product or have them refund my money. I chose to wait, but didn’t have long as the product arrived within two weeks. I recommend doing business with this company!
