Hi Dick, Apologies for the error. John has been in touch to resolve this. Appears to be a factory shipping error. Sorry for any inconvenience this caused. Dan D
The one time I placed an order with this company, they showed nine items in stock. I ordered five and within 24 hours I was sent an email explaining that they were out of stock and that it would be upwards of six weeks before I would get them. So I canceled my order and went back to my normal the fire. Unsatisfied.

Hi David, Our website shows "This item is only sold to Locksmiths & Security Professionals. Proof of qualification will be required on each locksmith tool we sell." We believe in the integrity of the trade and try to inform you before placing your order of the expectation. You may have missed that. Sorry it didnt work out this time. Dan D
I ordered parts 3 and half weeks ago and still have not received them. I have called multiple times and get redirected to John at ext 122. Despite leaving multiple voicemails, I still have not received a return phone call or my parts.
