Hi Allan, We’re sorry to hear that your experience has been disappointing. We would just like to clarify that the holster you received was the correct model and configuration for your order. We understand, however, that there has been some confusion regarding the intended carry position, as well as frustration with the delivery time and additional import charges. We’re glad that you are already in contact with our customer support team, and we hope they will be able to help clarify the situation and assist you further. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
